Cancellation & Refunds: Membership and counselling

For free membership:

No money accepted and no refund will be provided.

For online counselling from psychologists:

Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of service if service is not availed or payment is not successful. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content of any service purchased. Also, In case a user downloads any content from the website, the money back guarantee will be void. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing subscription will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.   Refund request can be raised by writing an email to websterservices1@gmail.com.
